Collect in Store

You can now have your order delivered to selected stores for collection.

Free on all orders above PKR 2,500

All items in basket must be available for collect in store. Please see individual product pages for details.

Standard Delivery

We will deliver all stocked items within 4-5 working days.

Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 7am and 9pm.

Free on all orders above PKR 2,500 (T&C*)

A standard delivery amount is charged from Rs. 200 - 300 on orders below Rs.2500/- (may vary from city to city)

We will send you a text with a timed delivery slot on the day of delivery*

Split Deliveries

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait a further 2 working days before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.

Delivery Exclusions

All of our deliveries are subject to stock availability and credit card authorization, and that you are available to accept the delivery. To ensure the correct delivery for all items in your basket, 2 separate orders can be placed: 1st order: with pre-order and extended delivery items 2nd order: remaining items in your basket.

Extended Delivery

Selected items such as large, bulky or website exclusive items may take a little longer to deliver; if so, this will be indicated on the product information and order summary pages.

What happens if you are not home when your order is delivered?

If you are not in when we attempt delivery, we will inform you so that you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time.

What is the store collection service?

When you order you now have a choice of having your order delivered to you at home or work, or you can collect it from a participating store.

Which items can I order for store collection?

Is there a charge for store collection?

No, this service is free of charge for all orders.

How soon can I collect my order?

When you place your order, you will be able to choose your collection day. If you place your order before 10pm, you will usually be able to collect it from store four working days later. If you ordered on the Web you will receive an email and text message confirming when your order is ready for collection.

How can I choose store collection?

Delivery options are shown on our online product pages to let you know whether the item is available for home delivery or store collection. At checkout, you will be able to choose your delivery option.

If you place your order in a participating store or by phone, please tell the customer assistant that you would like to collect the order from a participating store.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

When you collect your order, you will be asked for your order reference number. Please bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase, or the text or email sent confirming your order is now available for collection, when you collect your order. Otherwise, please make a note of your order details and order number and take them with you to the store.

Can someone else collect my order for me?

Yes. They will need to answer security questions about you: your name, home address and email address or telephone number. It would be helpful if they could bring a printout of your order summary document as proof of purchase when collecting your order. If you can't print the document, please ask them to take a note of your order number and details as they will be needed at the store.

What happens if I don't pick up my order?

If you are unable to collect your order for any reason, please phone the store and let them know.

Email me when available

Items with an "Email me when available" option are normally expected to be available in 4 to 8 weeks. If you request an email we will send one to you as soon as the item becomes available to order on the website.
