Q : Why is my order still not delivered?
A : Due overwhelming response during Ramadan & unforeseen circumstances due to COVID-19 outbreak, fulfillment of your order may have been delayed. We are now fully operational and our team is trying its best to deliver your order as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Q : I have paid for my order via Credit/Debit card or via Bank Transfer, why have I not received an order confirmation ?
A : Please be assured that if you have pre-paid for your order, it is already confirmed and will be delivered soon.
Q : How can I contact you ?
A : As per workplace guidelines approved by GOP, we have limited staff to perform our operations. Hence, if your call has not been answered yet then please drop us an email regarding your query at email@example.com

Q : I have sent you an email. Why have I not received a response?
A : Please allow us some time to process and respond to your query. If you are not receiving any response, then your email is in queue and is yet to be read and responded to by our customer support team. Our representative will get to you very soon.
Q : I have submitted an exchange or return request for my order. Why have I not been responded yet?
A : You may experience delays in our responsiveness as we modify how we staff and schedule our customer service team. If you have not received a response, your email is in customer support queue. Our representative will get to you soon.
Q : Why is my order amount not refunded? I have already returned the item or have cancelled the order.
A : Please be assured that your order amount will refunded in upcoming weeks. Our representative will contact you for same, if more details are required.
Q : I have received my order. Some items are missing from my order. What should I do?
